Artem is an expert in all things legal in IT. He is known for his legal expertise in financial technology, education, travel, UGC and event organisation. As such Artem counts the Internet Initiatives Development Fund as well as Institute for Internet Development among his affiliations. He also serves on the Bank of Russia's special group on cryptocurrency research.

Previous Experience:

Artem has an impressive portfolio, having been involved in international investment banking, as well as a law firm in Russia; later diversifying into legal consultations to multiple business incubators as well as IT enterprises. Apart from that, Artem got hands-on experience in IT as a co-founder of an online deal marketplace among multiple other projects.

Ivan has been popularising Bitcoin since 2011. His numerous publications appeared in “][acker” and “Information Security” (some of the most popular IT magazines in the Russian Federation). He is an author of over 20 specialist reports in technical conferences, such as RIW, Mobile Finance & E-services Russia, BankIT, Bitcoin Conference Russia and others.

Ivan has also been successful in his appeal to court in 2015, pulling back court ruling on illegality of cryptocurrencies-related information resources in the Russian Federation, which include the famous Bitcoin.org

Ivan graduated with a STEM degree with a notable thesis on distributed computing.

Alexey Bragin

Alexey is a coordinator for the opensource Windows-compatible ReactOS project and a lecturer at the highly prestigious BMSTU.

His research in the cryptocurrencies field took off in 2011, and his interests include cryptocurrencies, broader applications of blockchain technologies and legal aspects of their implementation, in Russia in particular.

Alexey is well known as the founder of ICBIT.se (nowadays orderbook.net), the first ever Bitcoin futures trading website. The story of ICBIT.se gained worldwide following and appeared on many prominent platforms, such as CNN, Bloomberg, Wired, Forbes and many others.

Alexey is an outspoken advocate of the cryptocurrency industry and opensource software.
